I have tried several times to get through to my choice today, but to no avail!
I'm glad I did not buy from them today in the end, imagine trying to resolve a product issue with them when they use an answering service to take your details, then never call you back.

I used this company to buy a product through Amazon - the experience from core product (breaking) and trying to work with the manufacturer (CDA) to resolve, to trying to get mychoice to take some responsibility to help, to trying to get Amazon take some responsibility has all been painful, frustrating and pointless. All 3 - CDA, mychoice and Amazon I will be avoiding from now on...cheapest isn't always best in the long run, and if they really don't care about post-sale customer service then if you have problems you're on your own! I think high street brands are more reliable, John Lewis for me next time.

I had a very bad experience with this retailer. I bought a faulty fridge for a over £1300 and they refused to take any responsibility.
Even worse, they provided me with a misleading information abut the warranty. Very unprofessional company and including top management.

I bought a Hoover condenser dryer. I was very please with the communication. I was informed of my delivery time slot by text, email and called on the day by the delivery men. They were very helpful and friendly. They took my packaging and even put it in the slot for me.

All in all a stress free experience and with the 2 hour time slot I didnt waste my Saturday waiting for a delivery.

Cowboys. Absolute shambles. Order from this company only if you want to be endlessly chasing your goods with no competent customer service department to help and misleading delivery times. I've never done a review before, but felt I had to for this. Will never order from this company again I strongly suggest you don't either. Utter nightmare.

I bought a fridge which was cheaper than anywhere else by £30.

The liver chat function is really helpful as you can get answers immediately from customer services, which you need because their online order tracking is pointless. The fridge came today and the order status is still 'pending'. Like, seriously? If it doesn't say 'finished' or 'delivered' soon, then I won't receive the points that you're supposed to get form purchases on their site.

The item arrived on the day scheduled, the delivery men phoning shortly before arriving with a cheery and friendly manner, then siting the item with care. The correct item undamaged! Then shortly afterwards a follow-up call to check that everything was ok. The initial response with details of when it would be delivered seemed a bit slow, otherwise it would have been 5 stars: quite happy to recommend them.

Got my microwave at the cheapest price on the net on this site, received super quick no complaints here! Only slight problem was that that the delivery driver refused to drive over the short lane to my home as he said it was too narrow, which I couldn't understand as Curry's and serveral other larger lorries/vans have made it over, but not to worry my neighbour was happy to accept the delivery instead.

We have now ordered twice from Mychoice and have been delighted with the customer service, the ease of use of the ordering service and the very fast delivery. Recently we ordered our second built in microwave for a family member and to our surprise it was delivered the next day by a very courteous young driver. We have no complaints as everything was packed well and in excellent working order.

First purchase off mychoice. Bought because of great price . We knew there was a couple of weeks to wait till delivery and this was clearly pointed out . Nearer the time I got a email about time and date and also a telephone call aswell . On the day of delivery we got a call from the van drivers with eta and they arrived dead on time. Great service .No complaints .

The product was ordered on Tuesday and was scheduled for delivery on Friday. Due to a technical issue this was re-arranged for The following Monday. It arrived at 08.10. Throughout, the people I dealt with were polite, knowledgeable and concerned that the were providing the very best service. The slight problem was dealt with promptly after sincere apologies that it had happened. Business as it should be transacted.

Placed order on 26th December, confirmation email received immediately stating the next stages of the purchase. Monday the 29th received another email to say delivery would be made on the Tuesday with a time slot this is good as you are not waiting all day for a delivery. On the Tuesday I received a phone call from the the courier too say he would be with me in 15 minutes and he was on time and very polite.
Experience from beginning to end excellent.

Purchased Liebherr individual Fridge & freezer, price the best on the comparison sites & delivery was carried out as scheduled on time & all packaging & the old units were removed without any fuss.
The only downside was when I confirmed the 2 year warranty with Liebherr they attempted to sell additional expensive insurance & too much personal information.

I went on the website looking for the run-out model of a Liebherr fridge-freezer but they were nill-stock.
A helpful tele-sales showed me the new product at a competitive price and that closed the deal for me.
Delivery was a squeeze through a couple of doors but it was installed without a scratch.
Would use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

I was looking for a semi integrated dishwasher and found a very good offer on my choice for the hotpoint machine costing 288 pounds.With free deliver and 12 pounds for taking away old machine. it all went very smoothly. My brother in law fitted it very easily and commented how great it was to be able to adjust back legs from the front. It has 5 programs including short and half load. Is also pretty quiet. Very happy.
